Students are telling us that it is a more efficient and effective way to work, and teachers enjoy the time savings realized. Jim works alongside teachers as they introduce the platform to their students. Teachers are trained and supported on Google Apps and Google Classroom by the district's Technology Integration Specialist, Jim Murtagh. Additionally, Chromebooks have replaced PC laptops throughout the district. Students and teachers can access these tools from any location and from any device and share documents. The Google Apps platform, a suite of cloud-based applications and collaboration and communications tools, is now integrated throughout the district. I'm excited to share some of the ways that technology is a part of what we do every day. Guilford Public Schools uses technology to facilitate learning for all students.
